Hi I'm Katie! I'm a freelance multidisciplinary designer based in New York City.
I received a Certificate of UX Design from Springboard and a Bachelors in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. I previously worked as a graphic/product designer for various companies in NY and a ceramic industrial designer in a fragrance design studio in Brooklyn. Having built a career foundation in visual, graphic, and industrial design, I'm passionate about solving creative problems and designing products that are not only beautiful but accessible & optimized for all users.

cat fostering
I've been fostering with Animal Care Center of New York since the end of 2024. So far I have fostered 5 different cats, currently I am fostering a 5 year old female cat named Batgirl! The cats that I've fostered stay with me for as short as 2 weeks to over 3 months.
DRAWING
Drawing people has been a hobby of mine since I was a kid. I used to have sketchbooks dedicated to just drawing faces. Overtime, I taught myself how to draw digitally as well. Every once in a while I also make short digital frame-by-frame animations as well.
VOLUNTEERING
Recently I've been joining volunteer groups around the city with my friends or just by myself. In 2025, I volunteered over a total of 136 hours! I am a regular volunteer at Heart of Dinner, ASPCA, and NYC Parks; I also volunteer on various projects throughout NYC through New York Cares!
